Así es como funciona.
Paso 1: Agregue las siguientes líneas para rotar los datos antes de buildLuminanceSource(..)

Paso 4: Agregue la siguiente línea para rotar la cámara en setDesiredCameraParameters(...)

Paso 5: No olvides establecer la orientación de la actividad en vertical. Es decir: manifiesto
Para admitir toda la orientación y cambiar automáticamente al girar la actividad, haga lo siguiente, todo lo que tiene que modificar es la clase CameraManager.java .
Y elimine este método getCurrentOrientation () de CaptureActivity.java
En CameraManager.java Crea esta variable:
int resultOrientation;
Agregue esto al método openDriver (..):

Puedes usar mi tenedor de zxlib https://github.com/rusfearuth/zxing-lib-without-landscape-only . Inhabilité el modo de paisaje solamente. Puede configurar paisaje / retrato y ver la vista correcta de la cámara.
Agregar camera.setDisplayOrientation(90);
en CameraConfigurationManager.java
