Subir archivo a FTP usando C #

Intento subir un archivo a un servidor FTP con C #. El archivo está cargado pero con cero bytes.

Cómo utilizar

usa esto en tu foreach

y solo necesitas crear una carpeta una vez

No puede leer el parámetro enviar archivo en su código, ya que es solo el nombre del archivo.
