Modificar el archivo .resx en C #

Tengo un archivo .resx que contiene pares nombre-valor (ambas cadenas). Ahora quiero modificar los valores en ciertos pares nombre-valor programáticamente usando C #. ¿Cómo puedo lograr eso?
