Cámara personalizada Android

Quiero usar la camera preview en una actividad. Quiero agregar imágenes (marcos transparentes en la vista de superficie). Intenté seguir el código para poder personalizar fácilmente el diseño xml deseablemente:

Use el botón Menú del dispositivo para tomar una foto.

Agregue los permisos en el archivo Manifiesto

Seleccione la carpeta Girar en la Galería para la imagen capturada.
