¿Cómo puedo establecer un proxy para un control de Webbrowser sin establecer un proxy para IE?

Básicamente, quiero que mi aplicación use un cierto proxy, sin embargo, obviamente no quiero cambiar la configuración del proxy de IE del usuario.
